  • Must have knowledge and experience across Production, Quality and Manufacturing process in the field of Consumer Electronics.
  • 2-3yrs hands on experience in any of the product line- Mobile, Display, Kiosk, Power bank, Computer Accessories, Connected Devices.
  • Setting production goals and meeting target dates; Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
  • Adheres to SOPs and production process; Manage and prioritize all production processes and implement all production plans. Ensure operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Planning, discussing and Preparing Reports; Provide manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests.
  • Quality and safety throughout the process; Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change.
  • Audit / Inspection of work, Workstation, Process, Machinery; maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining Kaizen, 5S; evaluate each station of the manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency. Ensure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly.
